No tricks, just gluten-free treats!

Halloween is a time when we rely on the kindness of strangers. For those with food allergies and intolerances, it can be a worrying time, particularly frightening for those who a have a nut allergy. Natasha's Law has now been implemented for businesses, which requires full ingredient and allergen labelling on all food made on premises and pre-packed for direct sale. With this, there has been  more awareness in the press for those with allergies, and we can all do our part.
So whether you're having a Halloween party or planning for trick or treaters,  a little consideration goes a long way to ensure those who need a gluten-free diet can enjoy the celebrations.

Here are my top finds for those on a GF diet from our local grocery stores
