What are the top gluten free foods from Tesco?

Tesco has the largest supply of gluten free products, in our experience. Their Free From range is expansive, there are a great selection of food groups available. Conveniently located in one large aisle, clearly marked. Customers needing a gluten free diet feel seen and heard from this supermarket. 

Please remember, most fruits and vegetables are naturally gluten free, so our suggestions will focus on many of the convenient comfort foods and treats that need to be carefully monitored for those avoiding gluten. These should be enjoyed in moderation.

Free From White Bread

Well the next best thing since sliced bread, has to be sliced GF free bread that doesn't crumble! This bread tastes great, makes a delicious sandwich and lasts! 

Free From Enrobed Cookies & Cream 

One of the treats C missed, since having to eat gluten free diet, was Oreos. We were delighted to find this alternative, they taste exactly like the real thing!

Free From Waffle Cones

We love these waffle cones. We like to have a box of them handy on day trips or  bring them to 

family BBQs during the summer. 

Free From Beef Gravy Granules 

One of the most frustrating things for people needing this diet, is not even the lack of choice, which is a big issue. It's paying over the odds for similar goods. This gravy is only £1, decent taste for this price. Other brands can be more than double the price. 

Free From Decorate your own Gingerbread Man

This is a great find and I applaud Tesco for catering to their youngest customers with these decorate your own products. Available all year round, we love this little treat on a rainy day.
